Amazing psychology after reading

Mondo Psychological Updated on 2024-03-07

Today I read a book called "The Great Psychology", which introduces the psychological mechanisms behind human thinking and behavior. Through my studies, I became aware of the complexity and diversity of human behavior. The way we think and behave is often influenced by a variety of factors, including personal experiences, social environment, and cultural background. This exploration of the human psyche not only helped me understand myself better, but also made me pay more attention to and understand the people around me.

The book mentions the psychological defense mechanisms that people often experience when faced with challenges and difficulties, such as denial, projection, and avoidance. This made me realize that when faced with a problem, we tend to take a less rational approach to it, which can lead to further exacerbation of the problem. Therefore, we need to learn to face problems more rationally and actively seek solutions, rather than escaping or denying reality.

By reading this book, I also learned some ways to cope with stress and anxiety, such as deep breathing, relaxation training, and positive thinking. These methods can help us relieve stress, maintain mental health, and improve our quality of life.

Overall, I learned a lot from today's reading. It has not only broadened my horizons, but also helped me understand myself and others better. I will continue to work hard to learn more beneficial knowledge through reading and continuously improve my comprehensive literacy.
