The high-pressure steam generator, a modern heat exchange device, cleverly converts various fuels – electricity, gas, liquefied gas, diesel, vegetable oil, alcohol-based oil, etc. – into heat for the rapid conversion of water into hot water or steam. Simply connect the water source and power supply, and the built-in fully automatic control system will start working, and the sensitive water level sensor will monitor the water level in real time. If the water level is too low, the system automatically starts the pump to pump the water from the tank and into the furnace to maintain the normal level precisely. Subsequently, the ignition began to work, and the temperature gradually increased. When the steam pressure reaches the preset high pressure value, the burner, electric heating pipe, and solenoid coil will intelligently power off and suspend work to ensure safety.
However, when the steam pressure drops to a preset low pressure value, the heating elements quickly restart and continue to heat the water in the furnace. When the water level drops to a low level again, the pump will automatically start working again to replenish the water source and ensure that the water in the furnace is sufficient. When the water level reaches a high level again, the pump will automatically stop to maintain a stable water level.
The whole workflow, without manual intervention, is fully automated, which is safe and convenient. The high-pressure steam generator, with its efficient and intelligent characteristics, has brought great convenience to modern life.
