1. The outer diameter size tolerance of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) of the graphite lubricated bearing sleeve of the mechanical graphite sealing ring is H7, and the surface roughness Ra value is not greater than 16um。When the outer diameter of the shaft (or bushing) of the mechanical seal is 50mm, the radial runout tolerance is 004mm;When the outer diameter is 50mm, the radial runout tolerance is 006mm, the axial channeling momentum of the rotor of the equipment with the mechanical seal is 03mm。During installation, the shaft, sealing cavity (pump cover), and mechanical seal itself must be cleaned to prevent impurities from entering the sealing installation part.

2. The installation of the graphite lubricated bearing sleeve of the mechanical graphite sealing ring is carried out during the assembly process of the pump. After the pump shaft is installed with the bearing box and the sealing element of the bearing box is installed, install the mechanical graphite sealing ring according to the following steps

First of all, before installation, it should be confirmed whether the product model and specifications are consistent with the equipment requirements, and the shaft, cavity and gland of the graphite lubricated bearing sleeve of the mechanical graphite sealing ring should be evenly oiled at the contact with the auxiliary sealing ring (Note: if the ethylene propylene diene rubber or the medium is not allowed to inject lubricating oil, vegetable oil or soapy water can be applied. Then put the mechanical seal on the shaft and install it in place according to the designed working height. The overpressure gland is through the hole, using diagonal cross tightening, and the whole seal is connected and tightened with the sealing cavity (pump cover) with bolts. When the mechanical seal is equipped with an auxiliary system, the pipeline is correctly connected according to the marking, and the final test run is carried out.

3. Observe the completion of the above steps, manually turn the car, pay attention to the change of torque, and whether there is any abnormal collision sound, etc., to determine whether to reinstall and adjust. Open the valve, the sealing medium is introduced into the sealing chamber, and all the air in the sealing chamber is discharged, so that the sealing chamber is filled with medium, and observe whether the seal leaks, and confirm that the above two items are correct before the test operation.
