In the "Proposal on Accelerating the Electrification Process of Heavy Trucks", Zeng Yuqun pointed out that with the continuous improvement of power battery technology, combined with business model innovation such as battery swapping, China's electric heavy trucks have strong market competitiveness in recent years, but the penetration rate is far lower than the average of the automotive industry. Zeng Yuqun suggested that China's electric heavy truck management policy should be further optimized, the standard system should be improved, the technological innovation and promotion and application of the electric heavy truck market should be encouraged, and the dual carbon goal of China's transportation industry should be accelerated.
Zeng Yuqun said in the "Proposal on Grasping the Essence to Promote the Two-way Integration and Interaction (B2G) between Batteries and Power Grids" that at present, with the rapid increase of new energy vehicles, the disorderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles will further exacerbate the peak-to-valley characteristics of the power grid load and have an impact on the safety of the power grid. In addition, with the increasing proportion of new energy power generation with fluctuating and intermittent characteristics, the power grid is facing a large gap in flexibility and adjustment capacity in order to maintain the real-time balance of the system. In order to turn the burden into a resource and solve the two major problems in the field of transportation and energy, we can grasp the essence of vehicle-to-network interaction (V2G) and study and explore the two-way integration and interaction between battery and power grid (B2G).
In the "Proposal on Strengthening the Whole Life Cycle Management of Industrial Solid Waste", Zeng Yuqun pointed out that at present, the management of general industrial solid waste is still relatively weak, which has a negative impact on the conservation and intensive recycling of industrial solid waste resources in China. Therefore, Zeng Yuqun suggested that industrial solid waste passport management policies and standards should be established, the responsibilities of each activity should be clarified, the whole life cycle management requirements should be improved, and the input of information technology should be strengthened to realize the recording and traceability of data in the whole process.
After more than ten years of development, China's new energy battery technology has achieved a global leading position, accounting for more than 60% of the world's share in scale, but the future development still faces many challenges. In this regard, Zeng Yuqun suggested in the "Proposal on High Standards Leading High Quality and Maintaining the Competitive Advantage of China's New Energy Battery Industry": first, to improve the technical level of domestic standards, and to promote technological progress through standard guidance, and second, enterprises should compete in an orderly manner when going out, so as to prevent the painful lesson of Chinese motorcycles in the Southeast Asian market from "rising and scattering" again; the third is to deeply participate in the formulation and revision of international standards to enhance the influence of international standards; The fourth is to build a national quality standards laboratory to carry out research on common technologies of quality standards.
