After asking students to create a team, change the group nickname to "Team Name + Name".
In class, there is a need for discussion, and I ask students to come to the podium to talk to everyone, which is equivalent to changing the role of students to teachers. It takes courage for sixteen or seventeen-year-old students to step up to the podium, and in order to encourage everyone to stand up, I use the form of reward.
Prepare some small gifts, snacks and fruits for each class, and guide everyone to cultivate a sense of competition. For example, prepare 7 gifts, arrange them on the podium, and explain the rules to the students: the first student to go on stage can choose 1 out of 7 prizes; The second student to take the stage is to choose 1 out of 6, the third student to take the stage, choose 1 out of 5, and so on. Instill such an awareness in everyone: to compete, if you start early, your choice will be big, and if you start late, it will be your turn to be picked by others! The students who come to the stage are usually scored 3 points, and his team members, who are present in class, are counted as 1 point, and those who are absent from class are worth 0 points.
