Children's product certification refers to the written Children's Product Certificate (CPC) issued by the manufacturer and importer of children's products to certify that their products meet the corresponding children's product safety regulations. The CPC and supported test reports must be in English and include their product identification information. Children's product certification must be based on test results from a third-party laboratory recognized by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Amazon's compliance policy for baby bottles:
1.U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act lead and phthalates;
2.16 CFR Part 1501 (Small Parts Inspection).
So what do you need to pay attention to in the process of shipping and Amazon platform review to make a baby bottle CPC report?
1.Product label, product label contains traceability label and warning label, product label needs to be on the product and color box.
The traceability label contains information: product name, model number, trademark, importer company information and address, date of manufacture, batch number (Laiyu), place of manufacture test.
The warning label contains information: some dangerous situations that may be encountered in the process of using the bottle, and the information that needs to be warned can be marked on the product and color box.
2.Importer Information.
The CPC requires the importer to be a U.S. actually registered company (in business), 3ASIN Information.
The product ASIN information needs to be entered on the CPC certificate.
