National Line
Whether you can be successfully admitted, the national line is the first key. Only those who have passed the national line in the first attempt are eligible to participate in the retest. The national line includes the total score requirement and the individual subject score requirement, and both sides must meet the standard to be counted. The national line is generally announced within 2-3 weeks after the preliminary examination results are announced, which is what it looks like on March 10-20.
02 Self-scribing
Self-marking means that some admissions units can decide on their own preliminary examination score standards and other academic requirements for candidates to enter the re-examination according to the approval of the Ministry of Education. Usually, the cut-off score of the school that marks the self-marking will be announced before the national cut-off, and it will generally be higher than the national cut-off. Now, only 34 universities have the right to draw their own lines. The re-examination of these 34 self-marking colleges and universities will be carried out in advance of other universities, so that the candidates who have not passed the re-examination line can be adjusted to other colleges and universities in time, so that the adjustment of enrollment units and candidates is more flexible.
03 retest line
The re-examination line is set by the school, and the admissions unit will set the score line according to the admission quota and the results of the preliminary examination, which determines whether you can enter the re-examination stage.
04 Cinemas
Some schools will set a cut-off score and adjust the re-examination criteria according to the number of applicants. This line usually appears in popular majors in popular universities, because there are many candidates with high applicants and scores, so it is necessary to draw a line on top of the score line of the whole school. If the candidate passes this theater line, he can usually apply for an intra-school transfer, which will have a greater chance of admission. However, it should be noted that some schools have made it clear that they do not accept intra-school transfers, and the specific situation needs to be understood by the candidates themselves.
05 dispensing line
The dispensing line is the score line you need to look at when considering the dispensing. Generally speaking, as long as your score exceeds the national threshold for postgraduate entrance examination stipulated by the Ministry of Education, you are eligible for adjustment. However, the rules may vary from school to school, so it's important to be aware of each school's requirements.
06 Admission Line
The admission line is the total score of the last student to be admitted. The final admission score is determined by the results of the preliminary examination and the re-examination together, and the proportion of the initial and re-examination scores is different for different schools.
