Liu Xiya believes that the current digital development of education in China is facing several problems: First, schools and teachers do not have enough understanding of the huge challenges brought by artificial intelligence to education. Many schools and teachers believe that the wave of digitalization has not had much impact on education, and there is a lack of attention to the development of artificial intelligence. Second, teachers' ability to scientifically use artificial intelligence technology to improve students' learning methods is insufficient. On the one hand, the use of artificial intelligence technology is less, and on the other hand, the use of artificial intelligence technology is limited to traditional teaching scenarios, such as allowing students to repeatedly brush questions in the "sea of electronic questions", etc., lacking the ability to use artificial intelligence technology for personalized learning guidance. Third, the practice of using digitalization, especially artificial intelligence, to expand high-quality educational resources is insufficient, and research needs to be strengthened on how to give full play to the role of artificial intelligence in the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.

In response to the above problems, Liu Xiya put forward the following suggestions:

The first is to strengthen the professional training of teachers' awareness and ability to use artificial intelligence. On the one hand, we will increase training opportunities and platforms, and let more teachers participate in digital literacy improvement training through various national and provincial training programs, regardless of discipline. On the other hand, the training forms and strategies should be optimized, theoretical training should be reduced, and practical training should be increased, so that teachers can use artificial intelligence technology to conduct experimental scene simulation, interactive teaching, and generative learning resource supply, so as to improve teachers' awareness and ability to use artificial intelligence technology to transform students' learning methods.

The second is to use evaluation to drive the reform of learning methods, and cultivate and improve the core literacy needed by students in the digital age. On the one hand, optimize the proposition orientation of high-stakes examinations such as the high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination, promote teachers to increase the quality, cooperation and practical teaching with scientific evaluation orientation, and cultivate students' core literacy such as creativity, judgment and expression. On the other hand, strengthen the special evaluation of teachers' and students' digital literacy. It is suggested that a special supervision group should be established to evaluate and supervise the digital construction of school education and teachers' awareness and ability to use artificial intelligence.

The third is to scientifically use digitalization, especially artificial intelligence technology, to expand high-quality educational resources. On the one hand, it is necessary to increase the hardware configuration of artificial intelligence equipment in schools, especially in remote areas, and increase investment and research in software development and application, so as to enhance the sense of context and experience of distance education. On the other hand, through the establishment of pilot areas and pilot schools, some regions and schools are encouraged to explore methods and paths through digital applications, especially artificial intelligence technology, so that education digitalization can truly serve the in-depth reform of education teaching and education governance.
