Combined with the "double reduction", it provides sufficient time guarantee for the development of scientific and technological innovation practice activities. Fully integrate various resources, actively explore ways of thematic practice activities, extensively build a platform for scientific and technological innovation practice activities, and compile school-based practice courses from primary school to high school and the whole school period. Optimize the discipline structure of the teaching staff, mobilize and organize science and technology experts, educators, and science popularization volunteers to actively participate in practical activities, and uniformly hire professionals with scientific and technological expertise, university experts, etc., to serve as school science and technology teachers or science and technology tutors. Encourage all kinds of science and technology venues, scientific research institutes and universities, enterprises and schools in the region to actively cooperate to provide venue support and other activity support.
Third, it is necessary to form a long-term mechanism that works well.
