As the center of Northern Europe, Denmark is one of the oldest developed countries, with abundant high-quality educational resources and a unique attraction of its higher education system. Although it is not as popular as the United Kingdom and the United States and other study abroad countries, it is still a place for many students to study in their hearts.
1.Ph.D. system.
In Denmark, there are two types of doctoral programs: a standard university research doctorate and a post-the-job doctorate.
During the three-year research program, the PhD will complete a project in the company's area of interest. Job-based PhDs will be employed by the company and enrolled in the university. The program aims to promote networking between companies and universities, as well as research and development that promotes Danish business.
To study for a 3-year PhD as a full-time student, you must earn 180 credits to earn a PhD.
2.Application Requirements:
Admission Requirements: Since each research institution in Denmark is responsible for its own admissions, the requirements will vary. However, you will usually need to obtain a master's degree in a related discipline to be accepted as a PhD student.
There are a small number of programs available for students who do not have a master's degree to apply. In this case, a doctorate usually takes 4 years.
