Varinda Garden Resort is the third hotel we stayed at on our trip to Koh Samui and is located on a hill next to Lamai Ring Road, with a great view of Lamai Beach.
It is 10 km from the airport, 200 m from Lamai Beach and 2 km from Lamai Night Bazaar. 5 minutes to the main road and opposite the big supermarket for easy shopping.
10 minutes to the Thai restaurant run by the 70-year-old grandmother I mentioned in the previous issues, called Noo Beer, authentic Thai food, delicious.
Surrounded by greenery and flowers, the whole hotel is built on the mountain, and you can see pottery, porcelain, wood carvings, hand-painted, wind chimes, and various handmade products everywhere, all of which reveal the owner's care for the decoration of the hotel. Walking on the quiet forest path, whether it is after the rain or under the sun, many subtleties exude a strong Thai style.
The decoration of the hotel rooms is the original and simple Thai style, the colorful wooden houses and villas are scattered in all corners of the forest, the house is fully equipped with mosquito nets, aromatherapy, and can resist mosquito bites.
The hotel also has its own handicraft workshop where children can make their favorite handicrafts. There are three pools with slides for the kids to swim and play.
I booked a two-bedroom deluxe family room, the room is large, it is recommended to stay in a three-storey wooden house close to the sea, with a good view and few mosquitoes.
This eco-friendly hotel is mostly made of solid wood, making it an authentic Thai hotel that is well worth experiencing, and is sure to make your stay a wonderful and memorable experience for romantic couples or those with children.
If you like my hotel recommendations, please like and follow, and I will bring you more wonderful content. Thank you!!
