On the afternoon of March 4, at the first "member channel" of the second session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zheng Jun, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice, said: "Small and medium-sized enterprises can do great things, and they are an important force to promote innovation, promote employment and improve people's livelihood. It is very important to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized enterprises by means of the rule of law”
At the scene, Zheng Jun shared a real case with everyone, a small and medium-sized enterprise successfully won the bid for a public construction project, but Party A refused to sign the contract without giving a reasonable explanation. Because the company has invested more in the early stage of the project, it is very anxious, and in more than a year, the company has negotiated with Party A through various methods, but there is no result. Finally, the enterprise complained to the judicial administrative department through the network, and after receiving the complaint, the judicial administrative department took active action and adopted the method of legal services and administrative mediation, and it took only half a month for the two parties to reach an agreement, and Party A agreed to compensate the enterprise for the corresponding losses, and the enterprise did not spend a penny to achieve rights protection.
Although this case is small, it confirms a truth, the rule of law is the best business environment, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized enterprises, we must rely on the rule of law! Zheng Jun said that in order to ensure the fair participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in market competition and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized enterprises, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" was revised in 2017.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the capillaries of China's economy, spreading to all corners of economic and social development. Zheng Jun said that looking forward to the future, China's domestic demand market is huge, the factor guarantee is sufficient, the industrial supporting systematization, marketization, rule of law, internationalization, business environment continues to be optimized, and the development prospects of small and medium-sized enterprises are very broad. We must continue to enrich the practice of the rule of law for the people, and better help the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises involving millions of people and families.
