On 5 January 2024, China Post will issue a set of 2 special stamps entitled "The Year of Jiachen", with the names "Tianlong Xingjian" and "Chenlong Xianrui" respectively. This set of stamps is designed by Wang Huming, engraved by Liu Minghui and Yuan Yishan, and overprinted by Beijing Stamp Factory. The number of stamps planned to be issued is 29.98 million sets, 1.8 million editions of format 2, and 4.5 million booklets.

Introduction to Dragon's Nest Building.
The famous Chinese building Longwo Building is located in the center of the ancient city of Huai'an, on the west side of the Caoyun Governor's Office, and separated from the former residence of *** by a hydrological canal. In the old days, it was listed as the four commanding heights of Huaicheng with Wentong Tower, Zhenhuai Tower, and Longguang Pavilion. The area is the core protection area of Huai'an, a national historical and cultural city, a key historical and cultural protection block in Jiangsu Province, and a buffer zone of the World Cultural Heritage Site of China's Grand Canal.
Longwo floor sits in the west and faces east, is the top of the heavy eaves palace building, 15 high9 meters, depth 257 meters, 30 meters wide5 meters, the eaves teeth are high peck, the bucket arches stand in a forest, it is a unique masterpiece in the traditional Chinese architecture.
Longwo Tower was built in the Tang Dynasty, famous in the Song Dynasty, built and abandoned again and again in the past dynasties, countless literati and ink writers left precious poems and songs here. Since the first month of the fifth year of Zhou Xiande (958), Zhao Kuangyin led the forbidden army to conquer Chuzhou (now Huai'an) and stayed here. In the first year of Song Jianlong (960), Zhao Kuangyin established the Song Dynasty, and because it was the place where Song Taizu stayed, the Longwo Building was named, and the lane was officially named Longwo Lane.
