In 2023, "fighting the economy" will become the strongest voice for development in various places. This year, we insisted on focusing on the real economy, and made every effort to accelerate the transformation of the industrial economy, recover the service industry, and improve the quality of foreign trade and foreign investment. This year, we took the "No. 1 Reform Project" to optimize and improve the business environment as the traction, fully undertook the implementation of the first-class, provincial and municipal deployment, promoted the efficient integration and integrated supply of a package of policies at the county level, and reduced the cost and burden of market operators by 4 billion yuan throughout the year. This year, we carried out regular visits and assistance to enterprises, and made full use of carriers such as government-enterprise meetings and joint meetings of service enterprises to respond to the needs of enterprises, solve development problems, and truly let enterprises travel lightly and move forward bravely.

The Hangzhou Asian Games presented the world with a sports event with "Chinese characteristics, Asian style, and splendor". In this process, Deqing, as the host of the event, bravely undertook the mission and made due contributions.
During the preparation and holding of the Asian Games, we anchored the goals of "the best competition area" and "the most beautiful window", improved the quality of the city in the whole area, fully escorted the safety of the Asian Games, and promoted the specific work in all aspects and fields such as venue construction, competition organization, and event guarantee with excellence, high quality and efficiency, and created a miracle of building the world's first fixed three-a-side basketball stadium in more than 200 days. In the end, the Asian Games was successfully completed with zero risk, zero errors and zero mistakes, showing the best image of Huzhou and Deqing to the participating athletes from 40 countries and regions and their entourage.
Deqing has a high standard of competition venues, and the staff inside and outside the hall are both professional and dedicated, and everyone has made efforts for the event. It is hoped that Deqing can hold more international or volleyball events organized by the Asian Volleyball Federation, and actively promote the better development of volleyball. Yan Hanzhu, chairman of the AFV Competition Committee, said sincerely when presenting the "Outstanding Contribution Award" to Deqing. This is also a great encouragement and affirmation for the hosting of the Deqing Asian Games.
