Uses:
The multi-directional strain gauge mounting bearing is suitable for positioning and setting the direction when installing the multi-directional strain gauge group, and the mounting support is convenient for fixing multiple spatial directions of the strain gage, and the structure is simple and reliable, and the positioning direction is accurate.
The multi-directional strain gauge mounting support is composed of a mounting base, multiple struts, positioning rods, etc.
Structure
The multi-directional strain gauge mounting support consists of a mounting base, 3 poles, positioning rods, etc.
Embedding and installation
The strain gauge mounting bearing should be embedded with a positioning rod before installation, and the function of the positioning rod is to fix the position and direction of the mounting base. First, fix the positioning rod connected to the mounting base in the design position and wait for the concrete to set.
The function of the strut is to fix the position and direction of the strain gage, the number and position of the strut and the direction are installed and adjusted according to the design requirements, and after the concrete is solidified, the strain gage is installed on the strut in the order of the design number. The installation of the strain gauge should be firm, and the front flange of the strain gauge should be rotated by the hand during the installation of the strain gauge, and the other parts of the strain gauge should not be rotated forcefully.
When the strain gauge group is installed, the concrete is manually backfilled to the perimeter of the instrument and carefully tamped, the position and direction of the instrument should be corrected in time when backfilling, and the concrete backfill is completed until it is slightly higher than the pit mouth.
Protective markers will be placed in the installation and burial area until the concrete has solidified, so as to prevent artificial disturbance by the strain gauge group.
The observation cable of the strain gauge should be extended in advance, and the instrument cable should be placed near the pit mouth in a bundle, and the cable should be loosened and led out according to the design. When installing and buriing, it is required to use necessary tools and measuring tools to correct the direction and angle of the base and strut of the strain gauge group, and ensure that the installation angle error of the instrument shall not exceed 1° as required by the design
