Recently, the Federation of Trade Unions of Binhai County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, announced the actual results of the implementation of the system of "unveiling the list and taking the lead" in the key and difficult work of the trade unions for nearly a year. As of November, 216 new village (community) trade unions have been established, the secretary of the village (community) party branch and the chairman of the village (community) trade union have been "shoulder-to-shoulder", attracting 2,846 new employment workers to join the union, setting up 22 employee health teams, docking with 52 enterprises, and providing 6,758 health services for employees.
According to Cheng Xi, vice chairman of the Binhai County CPPCC and chairman of the county federation of trade unions, in January this year, in view of the lack of professional talents in the trade unions, resulting in the actual situation that some key and difficult problems cannot be solved, the county federation of trade unions issued the "opinions on the implementation of the key and difficult work of the trade unions" to encourage capable people to lead the project, organically combine the absorption of social forces with the stimulation of the internal vitality of the trade union, solve the key and difficult points of the trade union's work, and continuously improve the efficiency of the trade union's work.
On the basis of full investigation, the Binhai County Federation of Trade Unions determined the project pool of "unveiling the leader", and at the same time actively integrated relevant resources and implemented inclined support to ensure that the unveiling project was completed as scheduled. The county federation of trade unions pays close attention to the blocking points and pain points that are generally reflected by the workers, pays close attention to the problems that are difficult to solve by the trade unions themselves, and establishes a list of counties, towns, districts (streets, industrial parks), and villages (communities) to unveil the list of "projects". Among them, there are 8 projects on the list of the county federation of trade unions, 34 towns and districts (streets, industrial parks), and 136 villages (communities).
On this basis, the Binhai County Federation of Trade Unions, town, district (street, industrial park) trade unions, and village (community) trade unions respectively set up a "unveiling the leader" project working group, hired 5 instructors from county organs and units, and organized 124 volunteers to set up a service team to provide services for the implementation of the "unveiling the leader" project. The county federation of trade unions invests corresponding funds for each project, and at the same time asks for the effectiveness of the implementation of the project to ensure that one is unveiled and one is completed.
The Binhai County Federation of Trade Unions has implemented the work of improving the quality and expansion of domestic services and promoting employment. After Qiao Meihua, general manager of Qiaoyuan Housekeeping Service Company, unveiled the list, she started from training to promote employment. As of the end of November, the company has exported orders to 1,870 domestic service personnel inside and outside the county, expanded the team of domestic service personnel by 3,600 people, and promoted the transformation and upgrading of domestic service to medical care, health care, psychological counseling and other 786 people.
In June this year, the trade union of Changfa Village, Kanbei Street, "unveiled the leader" to enrich the cultural life of employees. Yu Yu, an employee, expressed his willingness to unveil the list to the village trade union. After obtaining the support of the village trade union, he organized 9 literary and artistic talents from his village and other villages to write and perform 10 literary and artistic programs, and has toured the village 17 times, with a satisfaction rate of 90%.
