At the same time, the localization rate of carbon fiber in China has also increased from 20% in 2016 to 47% in 2021, and is expected to increase to 56% in 2023.

Following Guangwei, a number of carbon fiber companies such as Zhongjian Technology, Jilin Chemical Fiber, Hengli Petrochemical, Zhongfu Shenying and Hengshen Co., Ltd. have emerged in China, and these enterprises have continued to invest in research and development, and have successively broken through the key technologies from small tow to large tow carbon fiber.
Since 2017, the domestic carbon fiber market has maintained an annual growth rate of more than 25%, becoming the largest incremental market in the world, and the total market value of China's top ten carbon fiber companies exceeds 300 billion.
From backwardness, to catching up, and then to leading, China's carbon fiber industry is constantly breaking through in such a blockade. And this is just a microcosm of the countless national enterprises, industrial workers, and scientific research personnel in China's hundreds of industrial categories, who are not willing to lag behind and strive to catch up. The same process applies to switching to the smartphone industry.
More than ten years ago, because of the backwardness of the industry, domestic mobile phones once became synonymous with low-end machines. Today, more than ten years later, domestic folding screens and high-end flagship machines have not only gained a firm foothold in China, but also opened up foreign markets with excellent product performance.

Just a few months ago, the first domestic production line of China's first 10,000-ton 48K large tow carbon fiber project produced qualified products, which means that China's large tow carbon fiber has moved from key technological breakthroughs, industrial trial production, and industrialization to large-scale production.
Seeing that all kinds of enterprises are based on scientific research and continue to make efforts, I believe that it will not be long before the status of Chinese enterprises in the world will be re-evaluated.
