There are many recipes for making fritters, and different recipes will get different tastes and effects. Here's a common recipe for making churros:

Ingredients: All-purpose flour: 500 grams.

Salt: 5 grams. Baking soda: 4 grams.

Baking powder: 3 grams.

Sugar: 2 grams. Milk: to taste (can be added as needed to make the dough softer).

Salad oil: to taste (to spread the dough and prevent sticking).

Steps:1Place the all-purpose flour in a basin, add salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar and stir to combine.

2.Slowly add the milk, stirring as you go, until a dough is formed. Depending on how moist the dough is, the amount of milk can be adjusted appropriately.

3.Place the dough on a cutting board, add a little salad oil and knead the dough by hand until the surface of the dough is smooth.

4.Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until the dough has expanded to twice its original size.

5.Remove the leavened dough and gently press to vent.

6.Cut the dough into small pieces and roll into strips.

7.Heat the pan over medium heat, fry the dough strips in the pan until golden brown, remove and drain.

8.Place the fried fritters on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

Note: In the process of frying the fritters, use chopsticks to keep turning the fritters so that they are evenly heated and fried until golden brown.

The oil temperature should not be too high, so as not to burn the outside of the fritters and uncooked inside.

It's a basic churro recipe that you can tweak and vary depending on your personal tastes and needs. Churros
