Before the arrival of the cold wave, the detachment closely tracked the meteorological information and the changes in the wind at sea, and gave the fishermen 1995 early warning information for wind and cold protection at the first time, and at the same time arranged special personnel to monitor the situation and specific location of the fishing vessel every day, and used the mechanism of fixed people and ships to urge the fishing boats to return to the port within the specified time limit to avoid the wind.
When the cold wave transits, the detachment dispatched law enforcement officers to inspect 136 fishing ports and mooring points in the jurisdiction, inspect the implementation of various safety measures such as the equipment of fire-fighting and life-saving facilities in the fishing port and the reinforcement of the roof of fishing boats, focusing on ensuring that fishing boats are berthing in an orderly manner in the port, and strictly prevent accidents such as risky fishing boats going to sea and ship collisions and anchoring in the port.
