Features and scope of application:

qbe1.9 -0.1 is beryllium bronze with a small amount of magnesium. The performance is the same as that of QBE19, but qbe19 -0.1. Because of the addition of a trace amount of MG, the crystal can be refined, and the dispersion and distribution uniformity of the strengthening phase (2) can be improved, so as to greatly + improve the elastic limit and mechanical properties of the alloy after aging.

qbe1.9 -0.1. Oxidation resistance is better than copper. It has high chemical stability in the atmosphere, fresh water and seawater, small intergranular corrosion tendency, and can resist impact corrosion, and has good corrosion resistance in dilute acid and phosphoric acid and other media, but the corrosion rate is fast in moist ammonia, nitric acid and luoic acid solution.

Process performance: 1 forming performance: it has good hot formability, and can be hot-extruded, hot-rolled and forged. It has good cold workability, and can be cold rolled, stamped, bent, spinned, and hydroformed.

2. Soldering performance: It has good weldability, easy brazing and fusion welding, including soldering, resistance welding, plasma welding, electron beam welding and laser welding. Components used in vacuum or high pressure are easy to weld with electron beams.

3. Cutting performance: 20% machinability. Pre-aging or post-aging can improve its machinability.
