Renowned real estate developer Abacon has confirmed that there has been an accident at its construction sites on Foster **e and North Road.
Stepan Vdovine, executive vice president of operations at Amacon, said in a statement that a section of supporting retaining wall on the north side of the site collapsed, "causing soil to fall into the excavation site and creating a cavity in the soil adjacent to the property in the area."
