Then there's the gesture dance. At first, I was worried that I wouldn't remember those movements, but then I realized that I basically knew it, and it would be good to go back and see some places when I didn't.
After the gesture dance, it is a running exercise, and while running, I shout the slogan with the principal, "1234, study hard Xi and go up every day". To be honest, as soon as the principal shouted this slogan, I wanted to laugh, I felt so dirty, and then I saw the slogan "Solidarity and mutual assistance, truth-seeking and enterprising" posted on the teaching building, so I proposed that I could shout this slogan.
The principal adopted my suggestion, but instead of replacing "study hard Xi and make progress every day", he directly added "solidarity and mutual assistance, truth-seeking and enterprising". Well, I seem to be putting a burden on the students.
After that, I had to go out to exercise every day, and I was a little depressed, but when I returned to the classroom, I found that my hands and feet that I had never warmed since it became cold were actually hot, and I suddenly felt very good, although it was a "mandatory exercise", but it was really good for the body!
