The repurchased commercial buildings shall be uniformly planned and designed by Party B.

3) When the repurchased building is delivered, both parties shall inspect and sign on the spot, and Party B shall hand over the relevant documents and materials to Party A or the department designated by Party A.

4) The bidding developer shall be responsible for the fees for handling the real estate ownership certificate of the neighborhood center repurchased by Party A or the designated department of Party A, as well as all expenses such as land deed tax, urban construction infrastructure supporting fees, and property maintenance**.
