1. Work location and requirements

1) Party B obeys the management and arrangement of Party A, and Party B must comply with and perform the duties of the store manager, strictly control various expenses and reduce operating costs.

2) Before Party A opens its business, Party B takes the initiative to put forward reasonable suggestions, arranges various preparations, formulates various rules and regulations, and ensures the smooth opening of Party A on time.

3) Party B shall not work part-time outside Party A during the working period, shall not automatically leave the post, if Party B is not on duty due to the accident, Party A can pursue Party B's liability compensation.

2. Labor remuneration

1. Party A shall pay Party B's monthly basic salary and floating bonus (including quality management, prevention of loss, and full absence) before the day of each month.

2. Party A agrees to issue year-end bonuses according to Party B's work performance, annual net profits (excluding rent, employee salaries, water and electricity and other expenses) in grades, annual net profits, year-end bonuses, unfinished annual net profits of 10,000 yuan, year-end bonuses, annual profits exceeding 10,000 yuan, and each additional 10,000 net profit bonuses will increase by yuan.

3. Strictly control the loss of goods, and Party A can deduct part or all of the floating bonus of the store manager according to the amount of loss.

Both parties shall participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the law.

FourthVariation, rescission and termination of the contract

The modification, dissolution and termination of the labor contract between Party A and Party A shall be executed in accordance with laws and regulations and the agreement of both parties. If Party B agrees not to renew the spinning or resigns halfway through the expiration of the period, Party B shall inform Party A 30 days in advance and complete the handover procedures.

5. Other matters agreed upon by the parties

1. The signing period of this contract is one year, and if Party B violates the contract (less than one year) and leaves in the middle of the job, it will be deemed to have given up the year-end bonus and benefits.

3. Party B shall keep Party A's business secrets, otherwise Party B shall be liable for compensation.

4. Party B has a few days off per month, and can ask for personal leave, but the personal leave must be agreed by Party A, and the vacation must be informed to Party A, and the monthly personal leave is absenteeism for more than two days or absenteeism, and the absenteeism fee can be deducted from the salary according to the number of days, if Party A does not know that Party B is absent from work, or absenteeism for three consecutive days, and the monthly leave accumulates more than one week, the contract between Party A and Party B will be automatically terminated.

5. Party B shall not take Party A's goods and gifts privately, maliciously transfer or release them at will, otherwise Party B shall pay compensation to Party A.

6. Party B shall not withhold or divert supermarket cash without permission.

7. Party B shall be responsible for compensating Party A or a third party for any loss caused by Party B.

8. Other unfinished matters shall be resolved through negotiation.

6. Miscellaneous

1. Party B is fully willing to accept and obey the management responsibility of the store manager and this contract, and the signature will take effect.

2. This Agreement shall be executed in duplicate, one copy for each party, and shall have the same legal liability effect.
