2. Vehicle settlement and property rights
1. Party B will register its own vehicle in the name of Party A, and the registration of the vehicle does not mean the registration or transfer of property rights, and Party A confirms that the property rights of the vehicle still belong to Party B.
3. Affiliation period and responsibilities
The operating period of vehicle anchorage: from YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYDuring this period, Party B voluntarily settles down or leaves the house, and if Party B leaves the house, Party A will handle the transfer procedures for Party B at any time. 3. There is no need to move in the process of vehicle transfer and dockingIn the following year, the annual inspection of the attached vehicle shall be issued by the vehicle management office where the vehicle is settled, and the attached vehicle shall be inspected on the spot at the place where the vehicle is operated with the power of attorney. After the annual inspection is completed, send the annual inspection receipt of Party B's vehicle management office back to Party A, and Party A will deliver it to the vehicle management office where it is settled for archiving.
Fourth, the affiliation fee
1. Road maintenance fees, transportation and management fees, management fees, business taxes, settlement fees, vehicle and vessel use taxes, business administration fees, and secondary maintenance fees: road maintenance fees per month, transportation and management fees per month, management fees per month, business tax per car per year, settlement fees per car, including renewal fees, and car owners can also decide whether to pay according to their own circumstances. The vehicle and vessel use tax is paid twice a year, the business administration fee is a vehicle year, and the secondary maintenance fee is paid twice a year, each time.

5. Vehicle insurance
1. Insurance that must be purchased: Party B must purchase vehicle third-party liability insurance, and the minimum insured amount is 10,000 yuan, and Party B must deliver the original third-party liability policy to Party A when mailing various files to Party A.
3. Party B must be one month before the expiration of the third-party liability insurance in the second year, Party A shall designate the insurance company to purchase the third-party liability insurance for Party B, and the cost shall be borne by Party B. If Party A does not pay, Party A has the right not to pay the annual inspection procedures and stop purchasing road maintenance fees for Party B or terminate this contract.
6. Party B shall pay for its own expenses
1. All expenses incurred during the docking period of Party B's vehicle.
2. Expenses arising from administrative, civil, criminal liability and various disputes incurred by Party B and all personnel employed by Party B during the attachment period.
3. Vehicle purchase tax, violation handling fees and other fees not clearly specified.
4. The transfer fee incurred when the vehicle is transferred.
SevenLiability for breach of contractand dispute resolution
1. If Party A terminates this agreement in advance due to its own reasons during the operation of the vehicle, Party A shall be deemed to have breached the contract, and Party A shall compensate Party B for one month's affiliated management fee after Party B returns the license and certificate provided by Party Aand transfer the vehicle attached to Party B to the transportation company designated by Party B, and the cost shall be borne by Party A.
2. If Party B has various traffic accidents and business accidents in the process of business transportation, all the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party BParty A assists Party B in processing.
3. Party A shall pay the road maintenance fee, management fee, transportation fee and related fees shall be paid in advance, if the fee is not paid on time, the vehicle will be affected and Party B shall bear the loss caused by this item, and Party A shall not assume any responsibility. Party B shall bear all the responsibilities and losses caused by various traffic accidents and business accidents in the process of operation and transportation, such as damage to personnel and vehicles, damage, loss, theft, robbery, and all expenses caused thereby.
4. In the event of a dispute, the two parties shall settle it through negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, the lawsuit may be filed to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Party A is located.
EightMiscellaneous
1. If there are any unfinished matters, the two parties can negotiate and sign supplementary terms, which have the same effect as the agreement. The two parties can negotiate a new business agreement according to various policy changes.
2. This agreement shall be established and take effect after being signed or sealed by both parties.
