It was a pleasure to welcome my first New Year's Day in Mongolia. Today is also my 100th day in Mongolia.
These 100 days have been a new experience that I have never had in my life. As China's first female ambassador to Mongolia, I came to this warm and beautiful country that I have never been before.
In the past 100 days, I have witnessed an important meeting between the heads of state and prime ministers of the two countries, and jointly wrote a new blueprint for cooperation under the Belt and Road InitiativeIt has witnessed nearly 40% rapid growth in both countries** and will hit an all-time high of nearly $17 billion this yearIt has witnessed the eagerness of the people of the two countries to go both ways after the epidemic, and continue to write the good story of "sheep coming to tea" with people coming and going.
In the past 100 days, I have also met friends from all walks of life in Mongolia, and have received full support, encouragement and blessings. The intelligence and ability of Mongolian women and the bold and straightforward men make me feel warm and comfortable.
The year 2024 is the first year of Mongolia and the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Mongolia.
The harsh winter outside the window can't stop the enthusiasm in my heart, and I sincerely wish you all a happy new year and all the best!
