Method. Once the milk is heated, stir in the softened gelatin slices, then add the strawberry jam and yogurt.

Then add the whipping cream beaten until it is thick and yogurt-like, mix well, pour it into a five-inch mold, and freeze for two hours to solidify.

After the digestive biscuits are broken, add melted butter and mix well, pour into molds to compact, and refrigerate for later use.

After the cheese is softened, add sugar and mix well, heat the yogurt and add the softened gelatin slices to mix, then pour into the cheese and stir well.

Whip the whipping cream until thick yogurt-like and pour into the cheese batter to mix well.

Pour one-third of the mousse liquid into the mold, freeze for half an hour to set, then put in the strawberry yogurt filling, continue to pour in the remaining mousse liquid, and freeze for 1 hour.

After heating the strawberry jam with drinking water, add the soaking gelatin slices and stir well, cool slightly, pour on the surface of the mousse, and refrigerate for more than four hours.

Once removed, garnish with cream, strawberries and powdered sugar.
