On the morning of the 16th, the traffic police on duty patrolled the road section and found that some vehicles skidded when they drove to the bridge on the east side of Chunjiang Street, and there were serious traffic hazards, so they poured snow melting agent on the road section to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. 
At 9:27, the traffic police encountered a car owner asking for help while driving a police car on patrol, and it was understood that the vehicle could not be started after the owner turned off the engine.
