An optical axis motor is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and outputs rotational motion through the optical axis. The output mode generally adopts a coupling or pulley to transmit the rotary motion of the optical shaft motor to the equipment that needs to be driven. Specifically, the optical axis motor can be output in the following ways:
1.Coupling output:The optical shaft motor is connected with the driven equipment through the coupling, and the rotary motion of the motor is transmitted to the driven equipment. Couplings are generally rigid or flexible to absorb installation errors and vibrations between the motor and the driven equipment.
2.Pulley output:When longer distances are required or variable speed transmission is required, pulleys can be used as an intermediate link. The optical shaft motor drives the belt to rotate through the pulley, and transmits the rotary motion to the driven equipment. The advantage of this method is that it can be transmitted over a long distance, and it has a certain cushioning and shock absorption effect.
3.Sprocket output:Similar to pulleys, sprockets can also be used as intermediate links for long-distance transmission or variable speed transmission. The advantage of sprockets is that they can withstand larger loads, making them suitable for heavy equipment and applications that require high transmission efficiency.
4.Direct connection output:In some small or simple applications, the optical axis motor can be directly connected with the driven equipment through keys, screws and other connectors to realize the transmission of rotary motion. The advantage of this method is that the structure is simple, but it needs to ensure the reliability and stability of the connector.
There are many output modes of optical axis motors, and choosing the appropriate output mode according to the actual application requirements is an important factor to ensure the normal operation of optical axis motors and improve their service life.
