Working principle of doldr inlet air degassing filter:
When the refined oil flows in from the inlet, the solid impurities are removed through the filter screen placed in the cylinder, and when the liquid passes through the filter screen assembly, the liquid flow direction is changed, so that the free gas and part of the dissolved gas in the oil product fully run out, and the gas rises to the top of the separator, forming a gas space, and the oil-gas interface appears. As the gas increases, the pressure increases, the volume increases, the oil and gas interface decreases, when it descends to a certain extent, the float device acts, the gas valve is opened to make the gas discharged, the oil and gas interface rises, the gas space shrinks and the float device closes the gas valve, so that the medium that flows through the air elimination filter achieves the purpose of separation of oil, gas and solid.

Doldr Inlet Air Elimination Filter Installation & Usage:
1. When the doldr type degassing filter is used in the pipeline, it should be installed in the order of filter degasser - liquid flowmeter - valve, and pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet of the liquid should be consistent with the direction of the arrow.
2. Before installation, the pipeline residue and debris must be thoroughly cleaned. Before filtering the deaerator, a straight pipe section of as long as possible should be installed so that the liquid can enter the filter aerator relatively smoothly.
3. In the case that the gas outlet is exposed to the atmosphere, in order to prevent the discharged gas from polluting the air and accidents, a gas collection tank should be installed.
4. A pressure gauge should be installed on the inlet and outlet side of the filter deaerator when the pressure loss is greater than 0The filter should be cleared at 07MPa.
