How to make boiled beef

When the beef fillet is cooked, we can take it out and serve it on a plate. Then we add the bean sprouts and green garlic to the pot and cook until they are broken, then remove them and put them on top of the beef slices. Finally, we pour the soup from the pot over the beef slices.
