Steps: First, make the coffee liquid. Pour an appropriate amount of coffee into a pot, add an appropriate amount of hot water, and heat until the coffee is fragrant. Pour the liquid coffee into a small bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar to combine. Then pour in the milk slowly and stir to combine. Slowly pour the mixture into the mascarpone cheese and stir to combine.

Refrigerate tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
