FRP products are a composite material made of mixed materials of glass fiber and resin, which has excellent corrosion resistance and strength, and is widely used in chemical, construction, shipbuilding and other fields. The production process mainly includes four steps: raw material preparation, preparation of prepreg, molding and curing.

First of all, in the raw material preparation stage, it is necessary to prepare raw materials such as glass fibers, resins, fillers and additives. Glass fiber is the main material for making FRP products, resin is used to cure glass fiber, fillers and additives are used to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of products.

Secondly, in the preparation of prepreg, the raw materials are mixed into prepreg by a certain proportion. Prepreg is a mixture of resin and glass fiber, which is the main molding raw material for FRP products.

Then comes the molding stage, where the prepreg is placed into a mold for molding. Molding methods include hand coating, compression molding, injection molding, etc. Different molding methods can be used to make FRP products of different shapes and sizes.

Finally, there is the curing stage, where the resin in the prepreg is cured into a hard material by heat or chemical curing. Curing is the key process for manufacturing finished FRP products, and the temperature and time of curing have an important impact on the performance and quality of the product.

After the above production process, the FRP products with excellent performance are finally obtained. These products can resist corrosion, resist high temperature, light weight, high strength and other advantages, and are widely used in chemical equipment, building materials, shipbuilding and other fields.
