Integration is the general trend of development, the key to reform, and the international trend. The development of medicine should not only take the route of specialization of technology, but also take the route of integration of management, and the two go hand in hand.
1. "Two-type" integration, that is, the integration of two types of services.
1) Health management is supported by professional knowledge, but it is different from medical and health technical services, which is an independent medical and health function based on demand management, and its essence is information-intensive services.
2) Medical and health services are technology-intensive services, which need to be managed according to the actual needs of diseases on the basis of health management.

2. "Triple" integration, that is, the integration of services, processes and means.
1) Service integration, that is, system integration. Establish an integrated service system to provide integrated services before, during and after the hospital according to the needs of individuals throughout the process. The single-disease population management system is used as the integration carrier.
2) Process integration, i.e., institutional integration. Adapt to the requirements of the integrated service system, integrate the internal service process of the institution, and provide integrated services before, during and after diagnosis. It is based on the integrated outpatient management system and the integrated ward management system.
3) Means integration, that is, capability integration. On the basis of system integration and institutional integration, an integrated doctor workstation is established to provide doctors with various diagnosis and treatment auxiliary means to improve doctors' diagnosis and treatment capabilities. The integrated doctor workstation management system is used as the carrier.
4. "Four-layer" integration, that is, the integration of service links, chains, disciplines and specialties.
1) Multi-link integration. For a disease, according to the health management chain, the same institution or different institutions provide integrated services one link at a time. It mainly solves the problem of continuity of service.
2) Multi-chain integration. With a variety of diseases, on the basis of the multi-link integration of each disease, multi-chain integration of various diseases and integration of services of different institutions. It mainly solves the complex problem of services.
3) Multidisciplinary integration. Suffering from a variety of diseases, one of which is in an aggravated state, on the basis of multi-chain integration, mainly severe diseases, multidisciplinary integration, integration of services in the same institution or different institutions. It mainly solves the complexity problem of the service.
4) Multi-discipline integration. For the situation that coexists with disease diagnosis and treatment and continues to have an adverse effect, on the basis of multi-link, multi-chain and multi-disciplinary integration, multi-professional integration such as prevention, control, medical treatment, and multi-discipline integration is carried out, and the services of related specialties of the same institution or different institutions are integrated. It mainly solves the causal problem of the service.
The "two-type" integration is the goal, the "three-fold" integration is the method, and the "four-layer" integration is the form, which together is the comprehensive integration of the big health management, that is, the basic core of the integrated service system.
