Ingredients: Snow peas, squid, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce.
Method:1Cut the snow peas into stalks and cut the squid into rings.
2.Heat a pan with cold oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger slices.
3.Add the squid and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry well.
4.Drizzle in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry until the snow peas are cooked thoroughly and the squid is flavorful.
