The case analysis in this issue is from 188 units in the Red Square of OCT in Qingshan District, where the permanent residents of the family are an elderly couple and their granddaughter. For the planning of the new home, the two owners also put forward their own ideas:
The master bedroom is equipped with enough storage for laundry and has a separate bathtub
The kitchen has plenty of space to operate and won't be oppressive
The experience of living should have a sense of ritual
Based on the above design requirements, our designer, Xi Xiaowei, has made a very detailed design plan for the teacher, and added more professional suggestions while meeting the needs of the owner. Through multiple rounds of communication, the following design plan was sorted out for everyone to use as a reference when decorating the new house.
