The circular requires all localities to guide maternal and child health care institutions to strengthen the overall planning of medical resources in hospitals, enrich the strength of pediatric outpatient clinics through various channels, and expand the total amount of service resources. During the peak period, the outpatient hours will be extended, the source of outpatient numbers will be increased, the consultation rooms and diagnosis and treatment areas will be added, and night clinics and weekend outpatient clinics will be opened. Do a good job in the reserve of medicines and other materials to ensure that they are comprehensive and sufficient**. At the same time, it is necessary to adhere to the "combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine", organize and carry out training related to the prevention and treatment of children's respiratory diseases, and give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention, health care, diagnosis and treatment of children's diseases.
