Let's do it!
In the industrial field, due to the needs of industry attributes, the voltage and current need to be adjusted in frequency conversion in many scenarios to meet the power requirements of the corresponding equipment. Inverter control cabinets appear in many industrial use scenarios. Inverter control cabinets are a common type of equipment for industrial applications. Most industries are used to adjust the working frequency of various equipment, reduce losses, start equipment smoothly, and reduce the damage caused by high current to the motor when the equipment is started directly. Let's find outInverter control cabinetPrecautions for the placement environment and wiring.
Inverter control cabinetPrecautions for the placement environment and wiring.
First, the placement environment
1) The temperature of the ambient air should be controlled within a certain range as much as possible, not higher than 40, not lower than -20.
2) If the temperature is high, the relative humidity of the surrounding environment is not more than 50%. At lower temperatures, the relative humidity at 20°C is 90%.
3) The altitude of the inverter control cabinet should not be higher than 2000 meters.
4) The external magnetic field of the installed product will not be higher than the geomagnetic field in any direction.
5) No fire, no danger, no serious pollution place.
6) No chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
2. Wiring precautions
1) Pay attention to the separation of the signal line and the power line: In order to reduce the interference of analog signals on the frequency conversion control cabinet and other equipment, when the analog signal is used for remote control, the signal line of the frequency conversion control cabinet should be separated from the strong line, and the distance should be greater than 30cm. Even in the control cabinet, the same wiring specifications should be maintained. The control line between the signal and the inverter control cabinet should not be more than 50 meters high.
2) The signal line connected to the frequency conversion control cabinet is not placed in the corresponding metal tube, which is easy to be interfered by external equipment and affects the operation of the frequency conversion control cabinet. The signal and power cables need to be placed in separate metal tubes or hoses.
