Then there are low-sugar fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. These fruits not only guarantee the vitamins and minerals that the body needs, but also do not excessively increase energy intake.
Finally, there are low-calorie foods, such as biscuits, low-fat cheese, sweet and sour chicken nuggets, etc. Although most of these foods are snacks or processed foods, the low-calorie characteristics can allow people to eat some delicious foods at the same time.

While fasting, I stick to a "fasting period" that starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. every day to reduce my body fat storage. Half an hour before dinner, I do some simple exercises at home, such as skipping rope, squats or sit-ups, to boost my metabolism. The food mix I use is 1 2 vegetables and high protein, 1 4 high-fiber fruits and low-calorie foods. Of course, the choice of diet plan is also different from person to person, so it is important to make a reasonable combination according to your specific situation.
Within two months of practice, I managed to lose 40 pounds, from 140 pounds to 100 pounds, and maintained my weight steadily. I didn't get rid of my overweight body with this diet, but by fasting that worked.
