The easiest way to make spicy tofu

Materials Required:1Tofu 1 piece.
2.1 tablespoon of paprika.
3.1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorn powder.
4.Light soy sauce 2 scoops.
5.1 scoop of dark soy sauce.
6.1 tablespoon sugar.
7.Salt to taste.
8.Water to taste.
9.Chopped green onion to taste.
10.Cooking oil to taste.
Steps:1Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes to remove the beany smell.
2.Pour cooking oil into a pot, heat it, add the tofu cubes, fry slowly over low heat until golden brown on both sides, and set aside.
3.Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chili powder and peppercorn powder and stir-fry evenly.
4.Pour in the fried tofu cubes and lightly stir-fry to coat evenly with spicy flavor.
5.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir-fry evenly.
6.Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the tofu to fully absorb the soup.
7.Finally, collect the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onions and remove from the pan.
Tips:1When frying tofu, fry it slowly over low heat to avoid pan-frying the tofu.
2.If you don't like it too spicy, you can reduce the amount of paprika.
3.Depending on the taste, you can add some chicken essence at the end to enhance the freshness.
