The meeting brought together leaders from the Longgang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the District Elevator Office, the Longcheng Street Community Grid Center and 11 other streets in Longgang District to jointly promote the progress of the installation of elevators in the existing residential buildings in the district. Subsequently, Hong Xiaofeng, director of the Community Grid Management Center of the Longcheng Sub-district Office of Longgang District, shared the successful experience of Longcheng Sub-district in installing elevators with all streets. Longcheng Street gives full play to the leading role of party building, and through a series of innovative measures, such as "Ladder Meeting Room", "Ladder Service Team", "Ladder Red and Black List", etc., to promote the high-level autonomy of "Ladder" with the whole process of people's democracy, activate the power of community co-governance and co-construction, and effectively solve the pain points and problems of different opinions on high and low floors in the process of installing elevators. At present, the number of elevators that have been completed and put into use and are under construction in Longcheng District has reached 260, becoming the "double first" street in the city in terms of installation volume and installation speed. Since the beginning of this year alone, 130 elevators have been installed, exceeding the annual installation task of 110 issued by the district. As of July this year, Longcheng Street also took the lead in applying for 18.87 million "plus ladder" subsidies for residents in the city, benefiting more than 1,000 families.
The meeting introduced the latest situation of adding elevators to residential buildings in Longcheng Street, Longgang District, and shared their successful experience in this process. The meeting specifically mentioned that Xizi Desen Elevator Shenzhen Jiajian Elevator as a red list enterprise has created a "construction and management integrated service model", which covers the whole industrial chain links such as coordination, design, construction application, steel structure production, elevator installation and after-sales maintenance, and truly realizes the whole chain of elevator hosting services.
