Is Australian RCM certification mandatory?

RCM certification.
1. The owner of the RCM mark is the federal, electrical safety legal management agency and the agency EMC statutory management body accepts the RCM mark as a declaration of conformity for the first business. As long as the merchant is allowed to use the RCM mark in any state, it can be accepted by the statutory authorities of the other states, thus allowing each state to pass at once.
2. Before use, the first merchant needs to apply for and register the RCM mark. Once registered, the RCM mark may be used in all products that comply with applicable laws and regulations. If it is found that the goods using the RCM mark do not meet the requirements of the laws and regulations, the merchant will be penalized in accordance with the provisions of the Australian Trade Marks Act.
