"Lian Jiu Article" lists a series of practical and operational measures to care and motivate teachers from nine aspects, including promoting the trend of respecting teachers and valuing education, improving the honor system for teachers, improving the protection of teachers' treatment, building a diversified growth platform, ensuring teachers' career development, highlighting the orientation of practical work and actual performance, encouraging teachers to improve their academic qualifications, expanding the school's teaching force, and encouraging teachers to devote themselves to educating people. The specific content also includes the normalization of the selection of teacher moral model tree learning activities, the establishment of a major holiday condolence system, the awarding of meritorious trophies to teachers who have worked as class teachers for 15, 20 and 30 years, the establishment of education and teaching quality awards, the provision of certain subsidies for teachers' meals and boarding school teachers on duty, the implementation of the "Ten Hundred Thousand" education pilot plan, and the provision of one free physical examination for teachers and staff every year.
