On December 9, the Jiangsu Provincial Bidding and Bidding Public Service Platform issued an announcement on the "Announcement of the Winning Candidates for the Survey and Design, Preliminary Work and Innovation and Integration of Jiangsu Guoxin Dafeng 850,000 kW Offshore Wind Power Project".

According to the announcement, the first winning candidate: China Energy Construction Group Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute (Leader) and China Power Construction Group East China Survey, Design and Research Institute Consortium, bidding: 199.8 million yuan. The second winning candidate: Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute *** Bid**: 216 million yuan.

Jiangsu Guoxin Dafeng 850,000 kW offshore wind power project is located in the sea area outside Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with an offshore distance of about 33km and a water depth range of 1m 42m, including 4 offshore wind farms: Dafeng H1 (200MW), Dafeng H2 (300MW), Dafeng H10 (150MW) and Dafeng H16 (200MW), with a capacity of 850MW. Supporting the construction of innovative fusion seawater desalination project (seawater desalination output of 2 10t h), innovative fusion hydrogen production and hydrogen energy utilization project (hydrogen production output of 1000nm h). The power generation energy of the wind power site is collected to the 35kV bus of the offshore booster station (2 new offshore booster stations are built, and 1 existing offshore booster station is used), which is boosted to 220kV by the main transformer, and then landed and transferred to the 220kV terrestrial cable + overhead line of the wind farm through 4 times of 220kV submarine cable and connected to the 220kV onshore switch station of the wind farm.
