The working process of the rotary flash dryer is a solid fluidization method that is suitable for handling particles of high-humidity laminated materials by mechanical dispersion. Under the action of hot air and mechanical dispersion, the material is transformed into granules and acquires the effect of a fluidized bed. The instantaneous exchange of heat and mass ensures that the dried material is collected.
XSG fast rotary flash dryer operates through a double-shaft spiral and a single screw drive, and the material enters the control room of the dryer, and under the action of air and stirring machinery, tangentially enters the decomposition chamber to evenly mix the hot air with the product, thus ensuring the drying of the product. The design of this drying chamber allows for the finer product to be collected through a particle grading hole at the top of the exhaust gas powder collection system. The machine is not only suitable for drying sticky products, but also for effectively handling anti-sticky materials.
In the process of processing the material, the rotary flash dryer can directly suspend the material in the air to remove free moisture. The wet material is dispersed through the dryer into a stream of hot air (or gas) that uses the heat in the air stream for drying. The drying process is completed in a matter of seconds, and the final moisture is generally removed in a constant speed drying zone. The drying temperature can be used to cool the moisture on the flash surface of many products quickly, while the drying gas does not significantly increase the temperature of the product.
In order to meet the requirements of exhaust emissions, the products are usually separated by cyclone separation and bag filters. The cyclone is then subjected to a final cleaning of the exhaust gases through a scrubber or bag to meet current emission requirements. XSG Rapid Rotary Flash Dryers are used in a wide range of applications, typically for processing materials such as chemicals, dyes, APIs, minerals and ceramics.
