According to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China:
Article 284-1 Whoever organizes cheating in a state examination provided for by law shall be sentenced to up to three years imprisonment or short-term detention and/or a fine;where the circumstances are serious, a sentence of between three and seven years imprisonment and a concurrent fine is to be given.
Where materials or other assistance are provided to others in committing the crimes in the preceding paragraph, punishment is to be given in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Whoever illegally provides others with test questions or answers for the test provided for in the first paragraph for the purpose of cheating on the test shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
Those who take the examinations provided for in the first paragraph on behalf of others or have others take their place are to be sentenced to short-term detention or controlled release and/or a fine.
According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China:
Article 79 If a candidate commits any of the following acts in the national education examination, the education staff who organized the examination shall take necessary measures to stop it at the examination site and terminate his or her continued participation in the examination;The education that organizes the examination may cancel its relevant examination qualifications or test results;where the circumstances are serious, the administrative departments for education are to order them to stop participating in the relevant national education examinations for between 1 and 3 years;Where a violation of the administration of public security is constituted, the public security organ shall give a public security administrative sanction in accordance with law;where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law
1) Illegally obtaining test questions or answers;
2) Carrying or using examination materials and materials;

4) Allowing others to take the test on their behalf;
5) Other cheating behaviors that use improper means to obtain test scores.

According to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China:
Article 253-1: Where relevant state provisions are violated by providing citizens' personal information to others** or to others, and the circumstances are serious, a sentence of up to three years imprisonment or short-term detention is to be given, and/or a fine;where the circumstances are especially serious, the sentence is between three and seven years imprisonment and a concurrent fine.
Where relevant state provisions are violated by providing citizens' personal information obtained in the course of performing duties or providing services, or providing it to others, a heavier punishment is to be given in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Where citizens' personal information is stolen or otherwise illegally obtained, punishment is to be given in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
Where a unit commits the crimes in the preceding three paragraphs, the unit is to be fined, and the directly responsible managers and other directly responsible personnel are to be punished in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs.
