The improved boiling dryer is mainly composed of inlet air filtration system, steam heater, main engine, induced draft fan, dust collector, electrical control system and operation table. Its working principle is to use the negative pressure generated by the induced draft fan to introduce the air into the air supply pipe through the filter and heater, and then evenly distribute the hot air to the material room and the expansion room through the airflow distribution plate at the bottom of the material room. The wet material is in full contact with the hot air in the boiling state, and the moisture evaporates rapidly, so as to achieve fast and uniform drying and granulation.
