2. Yam - minced meat yam.
Method: Peel and wash the yam and cut it into small pieces. Select pork belly, peel and wash the pork and cut it into minced meat. Prepare minced garlic, ginger, millet pepper rings, and chopped green onions.
Add oil to the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until the oil is slightly out, then pour in ginger and garlic and stir-fry, and pour in a spoonful of cooking wine to stir-fry.

3. Red dates - red dates, taro and lily soup.
Method: Wash the taro, remove the outer skin, and cut it into small pieces. Wash the dates. Divide the fresh lily into small pieces and wash well. You can also use dried lilies and soak them.
Put taro and red dates in the pot, then pour in an appropriate amount of water, and cook until the taro becomes soft.

4. Mutton - winter melon and mutton meatball vermicelli soup.

Rinse the mutton, chop it into minced meat, then add green onion and ginger, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, sugar, light soy sauce and stir well, then add a small amount of pepper water, stir vigorously.

5. Chicken - Steamed chicken with cordyceps flowers.
Method: Chop the chicken into small pieces, or you can only use chicken thighs or chicken wings, clean it, drain the water, then add shredded ginger, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix evenly, marinate for half an hour.
Fresh cordyceps flowers are washed and drained.
After the chicken is marinated, add the cordyceps flowers and mix well, then put it on a plate.
