1. The rental site is located in the outdoor advertising position.

2. Party B leases for placement and publication of outdoor advertising. Without the permission of Party A, Party B shall not modify the use without authorization.

IILease Term:

1. The term of the lease is one year, that is, from XX-XX-XX to YYYY-MM-DD.

2. Upon the expiration of the lease, if Party A is willing to lease, Party B shall have the priority to renew the lease under the same conditions, but the renewal contract must be signed 30 days before the expiration of the lease, otherwise, Party B shall be deemed to have waived the right to renew the lease.

Three, leases** and rent payments

1. The rent of advertising space is the first year, and the total is yuan.

2. Payment method: Party B pays rent to Party A on an annual basis, and pays first and then uses. That is, the first year's rent is paid when the contract is signed, and the next year's rent is paid one month before the second year, and Party A has the right to punish late payment fees for one day when it is overdue, and Party A has the right to terminate the contract if it is not paid for more than 30 days.

Four, Obligations and Responsibilities of the Parties

1. Party A is only responsible for providing the designated wall, and Party B bears all the input costs. The design, installation and construction plan of Party B shall be approved by Party A. The assets invested by Party B belong to Party B. In the event of a charge levied by the relevant authorities on items not listed in this contract but related to the exterior wall advertising space, Party B shall bear the costs.

2. During the lease period, Party B must ensure the absolute safety of the outdoor billboard and do a good job of relevant lightning protection facilities. The safety of outdoor billboards is the lifeline of Party B's advertising business, and Party B promises to implement property insurance for outdoor billboard equipment. In case of damage to Party A's house and injury to others due to outdoor billboard safety issues, Party B shall be fully responsible for the accident (including the safety accident caused by the floor and downstairs), and Party A shall not assume any responsibility.

3. During the lease period, if the site rented by Party B is transferred to others, it must be transferred with the consent of Party A, and Party B has no right to transfer it to others without permission, otherwise the transfer is invalid, and Party A has the right to recover the rented site.

4. During the lease period, Party B shall standardize the safety construction in the rented site to ensure the load-bearing of Party A's floor, billboard and the safety of the wall. If the floor or wall is damaged due to water seepage, water leakage caused by the construction of the billboard or the load-bearing pressure of the billboard, Party B shall be responsible for all repairs, maintenance and other related costs.

5. Party B guarantees that the published content complies with the relevant provisions of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, otherwise it shall independently assume the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom.

6. At the expiration of the contract, Party B shall ensure that the wall will be restored to its original state and shall not be damaged.

4. Miscellaneous

1. If the advertising space is damaged and cannot be used due to special or force majeure factors, Party A and Party B shall negotiate amicably.

2. During the lease period, if the performance of the agreement is terminated due to the request to cancel the advertising screen (including the oral notice), the rent will be calculated according to the actual number of days of the advertisement, and the overcharged rent will be refunded to Party B without interest within 15 working days after the termination of the agreement.

3. In the event of any dispute between Party A and Party B arising from the performance of this contract, it shall be resolved through negotiation between the two partiesIf the negotiation or mediation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the leased property is located.
