Address: *In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, after equal and friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B, the following agreement has been reached according to the matters concerning Party A's need for Party B to provide camera services on the wedding day, and both parties shall abide by and implement it.
1. Camera type: wedding filming. The total cost of the service is RMB, and Party A shall pay a deposit of RMB when signing this Agreement, and Party B shall pay the remaining amount in a lump sum after providing the photographic CD.
2. Date of Photography: From the morning of the day to the evening of the same day. If the service exceeds the scheduled time on the day of the service (e.g., early rendezvous and overtime shooting, Party B will charge an additional service fee of RMB per hour, and Party A will be responsible for providing free transportation for pick-up and drop-off).
3. The final product delivered by Party B to Party A is: ** or U disk, quantity: 1 disk, the duration of the disc is about 60 minutes, and the finished disc information is: fine editing (including: Yingqin MV fine editing, exterior MV fine editing, wine banquet MV fine editing, wine banquet MV fine editing, wine banquet live), and the delivery cycle of the finished product is 45 days.
4. The meeting point between Party B and Party A is at the place designated by Party A, and the transportation expenses incurred shall be settled by Party B
5. If Party B encounters a normal meal time during this camera service, Party A shall be responsible for providing it free of charge.
6. For this shooting service, the cameras used by Party B are: Yuan recording equipment, number of units: Yuan Taiwan, number of on-site cameras: Yuan people. Party B is responsible for the necessary auxiliary equipment (e.g., news lights, tripods) used by Party B during shooting.
7. If Party B needs to bring an assistant, the cost is at its own expense.
8. In order to ensure the filming effect of Party B, Party A shall provide necessary auxiliary conditions, such as: the car that needs to be taken during the shooting, the lighting facilities at the shooting site, the AC power supply, and the relevant personnel.
9. Party A shall ensure the personal safety of Party B's cameraman and the camera equipment from loss or damage. If the personal safety of the cameraman is infringed and the camera and camera equipment are lost or damaged due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall be responsible for compensation and assume corresponding responsibilities.
10. Party B shall not assume any responsibility for the unstable, unclear picture and incomplete information caused by weather reasons (such as fog, rain, snow, hail, typhoon, hurricane, scorching sun, sandstorm, etc.), and environmental reasons at the shooting site (such as poor lighting conditions at the shooting site, chaos of on-site personnel, looting and harassment of the surrounding crowd, etc.).
Ten. 1. Important reminder: If Party B has any of the following force majeure during the shooting process (such as: the recording data is incomplete or unable to be recorded due to the sudden mechanical failure of the camera itself, and the cameraman has a sudden illness and loses the service ability), Party B will refund the deposit paid by Party A, but does not assume other responsibilities. Party A acknowledges the signature.
Ten. 2. If Party A unilaterally decides to terminate the camera service after paying the deposit, it shall be deemed that Party A is in breach of contract, and Party B has the right not to return the deposit. If you reschedule your videography service, you will have to pay Party B the then-current pricing of your service as a video service fee. Party B does not guarantee that it will still be able to supply the personnel and related equipment brands and models promised in this agreement at that time.
Ten. 3. Party A shall collect it in Party B's studio within 10 days from the due date of delivery of the CD, or request Party B to mail it. Late deadlines will be deemed to have been waived. Party B shall dispose of the videotapes and CD-ROMs by itself, and delete the computer files. Party B shall not be liable for any losses that may be caused to Party A as a result.
Ten. 4. If it is found that there is a major quality problem (such as no image or sound) delivered by Party B, the disc must be returned within three days, and Party B will redo it free of charge. More than three days is deemed to be qualified quality, and Party A no longer assumes any responsibilities. If Party A is damaged, scratched, or worn out of the plate, Party A shall be responsible for the damage.
Ten. 5. Party A owns the copyright of the work produced in this shooting, and Party B shall not publish the film passages on the Internet or other commercial or non-commercial purposes, otherwise Party B shall compensate RMB 100,000.
Ten. 6. In the event of any dispute arising during the performance of this Agreement, the two parties shall settle it through negotiationIf the negotiation fails, the court where Party A is located shall have jurisdiction.
Ten. 7. This Agreement shall be established and enter into force after being signed or sealed by both parties.
